Just a heads up for those that are sending out bubbles, new rates went into effect yesterday. There is no longer a fixed 3.50 rate for a bubble or parcel. It is now based on what zone you are mailing to. Bubbles I mailed today ranged from 3.66 for next state over to 3.94 for mailing to the West Coast.
