We know its a long way off still, but it is thought this would be fantastic to have something to carve at Green Bay.

Lots of potato production in the central/eastern part of the state...potatoes must be stored in very tightly controlled conditions that would be amenable to preserving a giant for an extended period of time...I recommend looking into a potato processing facility on the East side for storage opportunities.
