Thank you all for your kind words. It's early yet so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I have really tried to stay on top of everything and have spent more time in the patch this year than ever. I have a lot of great grower friends locally and if I have a question on tissue test or need direction or products your there, I owe a lot of thanks to you guys that are there for me . You know who you are. Thank you for that. The next three weeks will be key to getting a big one to the scale. Thanks again Gene.

like many growers, over the years genes had his share of bad breaks along the way.but he never gave in.

everyone who works hard at this hobby deserves to breach the winners circle, we are pulling for gene.

Gene is so under-rated, he's going to land a big one soon. I consider him a top grower. I click on his diary every time I see it pop up.

Always a clean garden and damn that yard is nice. Love the koi pond. I had one, and to have it that nice is equally as impressive as the patch.
