The official rules only state that the vine must be trimmed within one inch on each side of the stem. So technically, If I were to let the two fruit in the below picture grow out, I could trim the vine one inch on each side and still leave them attached together. With the wording of the rules would I then be able to weigh them as one entry? Maybe I need to consult a lawyer :)

Im thinking not. However I am betting one of those two will abort, I have had those in my patch and that is what happened, one will be decided by the plant, but keep us informed...stuff always happens.

These are backups out past my preferred set which was pollinated a few days earlier. I am really tempted to try and grow them though it would be pretty interesting. I am thinking it would be almost impossible to lift and move them without breaking them apart.

The Stem must have the vine trimmed within 1". Stem is a singular not a plural. I would not waste my money on a lawyer :)Now if they were a true Siamese and fused with one stem.
