Plant looks good overall. However I do have what appears to be a dual secondaries coming out by a node. Two vines one spot. Any recommendations?

Post some pictures in your diary first, so we can see what you have. But if it truly is 2 secondaries, cut one off

then again, might be kinda neat-o to have TWO fruits on TWO conjoined vines. if i ever get that, i'll do it, lol---

I have had a node do this on two of my plants this year and then the vine went back to normal on the next node. If you check out my diary, I actually have twin Pumpkins about 16 feet out on the main vine that I pollinated this morning. This is the only node on the plant where it doubled things up. If I have to keep the fruit I will cull one of them but as long as you have the space I would just keep both secondaries. More leaves is not a bad thing. Now if the plant keeps throwing out doubles and flat vines that is a whole different issue.

My 1756 im growing throws a ribbon vine at a node or 2 vines, or really whatever it wants lol, but as far as the two vines, you can pluck one off or grow them both if you have room, if it was a node behind the pumpkin id be inclined to growing them both.
