Wiz, what you all had this past week is what we’ve had for 6 straight weeks and it’s 95 here right now. No cool down or day in the 80s in sight, plants are being abused early by the temps.

Very cold June!!!
Lots of frost going down to 3°(37) tonight with risk of frost.

Virginia is having the perfect weather. Getting a little rain, but days in the mid 80s and nights in the 70s. Just dont have to water so much.

Its been chilling here but I'm not complaining. I could be dealing with Q's or Master P's weather!

I can't complain too much either, plants are growing....i could be dealing with Q's or Master P's weather. What...i am in the same weather...ooooh. Still can't complain.
It is my one year anniversary of my patch being completely wiped out from hail. I am way ahead of last year. Looks like will have a few extra days to grow.

Two nights in the 40's this past week... enough is enough. Plants look good if it was a month ago.

Jake, do you have a swamp cooler or cooling unit in the greenhouse?

Geothermal air, fans blowing at all times. But 105 degrees out and 90% humidity....

Jake That is really cool that you use geothermal to cool the greenhouse. I am not aware of any other growers using it. Wizzy I hope your hand is all healed up and better than ever for next year.

The other day I saw this video about a retired postal worker in Nebraska that grows amazing citrus fruit in his geo thermal heated greenhouse.

Ya moon before i built my i watched his video..he has very awesome setup. It actually works better to heat then it does to cool. I'm on stage one stage 2 i would like to add a second layer of plastic to help with insulation.

Cool may and june here so plants are a bit behind but healthy. Noticed a slight magnedium defciency manifexting in the plants wonder if cool temps influence nutrient uptake? Been spoon feeding epsome salt in watering system to offset.
