So it's been 20 to 30 mph all day and my plants are beat up pretty bad. Pieces of leaves gone and leave stalks broken. How's this going to turn out. Hopefully they bounce back. Thanks to those of you who reply

We have wind all the time. Last week my most promising vine tipped over and now the main vine is about 5 inches off the ground for about 5 feet. Several broken leaves. Even when this happens, the vine usually manages to come out ok. I lost a couple of secondaries as a result. I'll let my remaining secondaries next to the lost ones grow short tertiaries to fill in the empty space.Even a partially snapped leaf stalk can survive and I figure any green stuff that survives is good in the long run.Don't give up, whatever you do.

In a few weeks it’ll be a distant memory...dont skimp on the wind fences until she’s good and rooted down though ...good luck

I finished taking the hoop plastic off yesterday and it got windy today. At least our valley slowed it some for us. Had a couple plants get rolled some, but they will recover.

Wind fence/silt fence is the key.

They usually bounce back from wind damage pretty quickly. Try propping up the broken leaf stalks to see if they can be saved. Watch for any rot.

Wind got 2 of my 6 plants this past Sunday/Monday. My Cutrupi is completely snapped off, and my House is bent over with a large crack in the stump. I'm hoping to still save the House, don't care a lot about size on that, more for color. Hopefully I can keep it going until enough of the vine is buried and roots in.

Silt fence was up, even reenforced with metal post between wood ones. All day 20 ,30 mph winds took it down. Plants are starting to rebound now. Thanks for the replys

I have run a rope from the top of the post to the ground at a 45 angle
