Hi, not sure if this has been asked before, did a search but nothing came up. When harvesting seeds, is there any particular area of the pumpkin that you would usually keep the seeds from and other areas that you wouldn't keep the seeds from? I know it sounds like a silly question, but just curious. I have heard from a few growers with pumpkins over 2000 pounds say that there wasn't many seeds or viable seeds when harvested. Just was interested to know what peoples thoughts are on this, as i know with the pumpkins i harvest the seeds on, i can usually get at least 100 or more seeds, but i am only working with little 600 pound ones at the moment.
