Hello giant pumpkin growers

After innumerable hours of toil over the last couple months, I believe I am nearing the finish line on the creation of a soil test interpretation and fertility guide.

I'm excited to put the finishing touches on and get it out into the community.

To do so, I still need to create a cover. I'd like to use a picture of a beautiful, orange, large pumpkin sitting in the patch, surrounded by healthy green canopy.
People or no people, I can go either way.

So I'm asking for your help. If you have a photo that fits the above description and would give me permission to use it on the cover of this new guide, please send it to my email: joeailts@gmail.com

I'll gather submissions and let my kids make the ultimate decision. If your photo is chosen, you'll be one of the first to receive a copy of the guide. You'll also have bragging rights, as I am working on plans for larger scale distribution through the SCGA and possibly other clubs.

I do intend to charge a reasonable fee for this guide, as it is the result of much time and effort. Further, it will only be available in hard copy, thus I need to be able to cover costs of printing, etc. And to be clear, the photo contributor is accepting to not be compensated royalties or other payment for the use of the photo. I hope that bragging rights and a free copy is adequate consideration.

Folks- I've had a nice outpouring of photos to be considered for the cover art. Thank you all who have submitted. I wish I could find a way to squeeze em all in.

I'll certainly post when the final product is ready for action. Thanks for your interest!

Those of you traveling to Portland will get a hefty dose, as I'll likely be using content from the guide in my presentation. Excited!
