The best way(in my garden space) to do it is plant in rich organic well draining soil without going overboard on nitrogen...especially chemical nitrogen...limit the plant to a vine or two and keep your eyes out for a big mega blossom ...after you find one, just like pumpkins ,only grow fruit...I let nature pollinate my flowers...best of luck and don't forget to check out the tomato board lots of great info there....

I have to agree with the checking out of the tomato board. Many dedicated growers there that will answer just about any question about tomatoes you will have. There are pruning techniques, pollination boost techniques, nutrient preferences, and many other things that can help grow bigger. One post on general discussion won't give you all the answers. Tomato board is the place to learn.
