If it is a true bubble and it goes parcel it is now 3.00. Some postal workers will consider them a "flat" envelope and will charge based on weight but those will go through the machines.

When returning bubbles place something inside to make sure it's not flat. Packing peanuts or paper wadded up. Even with the correct postage they may go through the rollers.

If you have them mark it with a FRAGILE label they are not supposed to go thru a machine, However said, I have still seen them try because the bubbles have track marks on them.
