Our Club is located in Vancouver, Canada and we looking for some seeds to raise extra funds that will go directly towards the prize money for the Growers. Any extra seeds not sold will be opened up to our local growers so they can improve their genetics. We have been running this event at Krause Berry Farm for the past 4 years and our team has received very good sponsors and with some seed sales we hope to increase the prize pool for the growers who attend the weigh-off.

We have not reached out to growers before and we do not have any contacts to growers for Club Seeds.

If you have some extra seeds for our Vancouver Pumpkin Club can you please send your mailing address to giantpumpkinsbc@gmail.com and we will ship out a bubble to you.

Great job Kirsten. In the past we held a seed auction in the winter like many of the clubs and Weighoff organizers.

The California Growers were so generous in 2013 that we did a “California Sponsors British Columbia Weighoff” that needed up paying for the GPC membership including the ribbons and plaques.

Kirsten is the better half of Scott Carley who is now our Provincal Record holder after breaking Jake van Kooten’s long standing BC Record. We thank Kirsten, Scott and all their family and friends that have pulled together to keep this event growing.
