The new chart will generally yield lighter-to-chart pumpkins than the old 2013 chart, by design, because the old chart had too many pumpkins going heavy. And, over the years pumpkins tend to be getting heavier-to-chart, so this chart should have a bit more staying power as well.

Running the numbers as of today, 94 pumpkins with OTTs, (correcting a few errors) the overall averages are:
GPC_2017: -1.0%
GPC_2013: +1.5%
Team_Pumpkin_2013: +3.0%
