If you get a big dark orange diamond that says Trojan virus on your computer screen and things lock up,,,,DO NOT CALL THE SUPPORT NUMBER on the diamond (which looks like you are calling Microsoft). On the phone they sound very convincing, but they are a scam and just want your money and access into your computer...Be smarter than I was and just stop the program or turn off your computer,,,,As Best Buy Geek squad says,,,Your computer does not tell you when it has a virus but, scammers do!!!!
