Wondering what advice anyone can give regarding growing on a side vine. Do I term all vines as usual? Main vine is already gone. Starting to term secondaries now and letting some third stage growth fill in some bare spots. Plant is around 600-700 sq ft now. Have about 750 to work with.

I dont know if you would leave your last secondary as a main, or treat the one your pumpkin is on as a main?

Dont term the vine the kin is on, term the rest as you normally do.

I had to set one on a secondary about 2/3 the way out on the plant. My plant had used up it's allotted space, about 600 sq. ft. I terminated everything after day 15. I guess I will see how this plays out.
