I posted lots of pictures of my patch I want to try to keep the pumpkins alive that are on there I really don't expect much Gaines. Any advice or things I can do were way to clean up what's my next step here. Pretty much on my leaves are snapped in half I'm pretty devastated I don't know what to do now please check on my BP diary and help me out.

The weather can ruin a lot of work and hopes in minutes-treat yourself to a good meal or movie and check the damage tomorrow. The leaves that are not totally ruined will be obvious in a couple of days. Prune off the totally broken leaf stalks. Hail can sever the vine so look for that on the main before the fruit. Tertiary growth can fill in the open areas of the plant.

I went from the first pick below to the 2nd pic below in 10 minutes. It's a horrible feeling, but you need to stake up (using bamboo and zip ties) as many of the bent over leaves that you can. It'll help recover faster and the bent areas will be okay. Torn stalks can be salvaged if under 50% of the circumference (IMO), at least until new growth fills in. In my case one plant had to be pulled, while the other made it.
Maybe wait a day, then roll the sleeves up, and methodically move down the line one by one. I personally couldn't wait. Good luck.

also give it a good dose of a fungicide and some fertilizers to stimulate growth

Yes cut the leaf stalk almost flush with the vine but don't cut the surface of the vine.Otherwise water will sit in the leaf stalks like mini bird baths.
