Anyone know why one-half of this pumpkin is small and the blossom is way offset? Is it just how it was sitting on the ground? Will it split, collapse, or do something weird if I let it grow?

I had one like that in 2014. Hopefully your outcome is better, mine split around day 29. Lobes were noticeably deformed when I pollinated.
