For people who cant be home to change ice bottles, could you put a cooler over the pumpkin and have a fine mister spray over it constantly all day. It would be about 2 gallons per hour. It wouldnt be something you would what to do all of the time

It was just an idea,if I had a foam cooler I would give a try, I'm done with pollinating I hope

So you are going to mist the outside of the styrofoam cooler? Just cover it with a reflective cover for additional heat reflection.

Whiz it seems like some people are still having problems keeping things cool,Yes I thought spraying the cooler all day would keep it cool

I have mini misters https://www.dripworks.com/mini-misters I have my 1/4" tubing hooked directly to a 200 mesh filter to keep them from plugging up
