I attended the PGPGA (Pennsylvania Giant Pumpkin Growers Association) beginners seminar today at the Checkon's patch and had a great time and learned a lot of new tips on how to grow a giant pumpkin. The Checkon's are such gracious hosts. Even won me a new hat for the door prize. Thanks again.

Wish I could have made it. Spent some time with both Larry and Gerry last fall when I went to Virginia to collect seeds from one of my pumpkins. Super friendly people!
