Henry if its not to late I wouldn't quit on that plant just yet.. if possible, give it some time, try not to think about them for a bit. Perhaps a micronutrient went on a bit heavy in a specific location. It might grow of it. You can put in your back up and then decide which one to keep a month or so from today. It is easy to get disgusted especially when everything seems to be going wrong for you. Don't get discouraged just keep rolling with the punches like you are already doing.

If you plant cover crop evenly across the patch you may able to see where the water/disease/nutrients are good and where they are off.
