Root pruning maybe? Made that mistake way back in the day with a Troy Bilt tiller and shocked seeing the roots out so far! Need a major root system to support a massive plant. But got to say that's a real pretty picture!

That was the last till of the year. Now the drip lines will be going in and manual weeding from here on out. Secondaries are just starting to touch the ground.
