I was wondering at what stage of a pepper plant can you start giving them fertilizer like urea mate to make them stronger and healthier. How much would be an OK amount to give them?

Growing a couple here in 3 gallon pots. Been feeding nearly daily since day one with a hydroponic solution. Plants are approx. 10" tall. No visual ill effects here.

I just use a WOW super starter pack when transplanting the seedlings and then WOW soil booster every 2-3 weeks scratched into the soil at the base of the plant. Just like the instructions say. Its time released so its easy. I get great yield and have to do very little else.
