Frozen in time is how these historical seeds have been stored. It was time to take them out to let everyone see. They may never see a speck of soil or a drop of water. That magical spark needed to grow; sadly, for some, it maybe all but lost. They will forever be a part of our great history and I want to share one each day of this month for everyone to remember and see. It is my way of reminiscing and bringing back some magic. 31 days, 31 seeds that got us all to this point one way or another. Some are rare, some are very rare and a few all but thought to be extinct. For some of us, close your eyes and take a trip down memory lane. For some others, it will be a little history lesson. I wanted to thank the many great growers that made these seeds possible. I hope you enjoy the next 31 days because you will see some seeds that will make you want to get out there and grow! Be on the lookout for seed number 1 out of 31 today, its going to be a really old one! Also, wait till you see seed number 31! Good luck to everyone this season!

Hummm, think you may see an 887 Orr at some point in the next few weeks, or maybe not.... Day 2, 600.5 Gregory.
