Our "Silent Auction" lots include seeds from Giant Pumpkins, Watermelons, Squash, Tomatoes, and Long Gourds.

We would like to thank Ken Desrosiers of BigPumpkins.com and all of our generous growers that donated their fine seeds to make this auction possible. Your contributions are greatly appreciated by all of us!

When bidding, please keep in mind that you are giving back to the “Giant Pumpkin Community” and that the proceeds from our auction will help fund our 2017 Weigh-Off Prize Payout and will award growers like you for their time and dollars spent in the “Pumpkin Patch”.

Rules, Terms, and Conditions – for Silent Auctions – Lot “A” 2145 McMullen

• Bidding begins immediately and ends Saturday, December 3rd, 2016 at 8:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard – U.S. Time) No late bids will be considered.

• Minimum bid of $15(US) per lot. This allows for our weigh-off to cover all costs associated with gathering donated seeds (shipping & receiving postage, bubble envelopes, bubble wrap, office supplies, etc.)

• All bidding will be in $5 increments. All bids will be in U.S. dollars only.

• International bidders from Canada and Europe, please add $10.00 to your payment to cover the expensive shipping costs associated with sending seeds to an international address.

• Because of the time and high costs associated with getting a Phytosanitary Certificate, we will not be shipping seeds to any country that requires a Phytosanitary Certificate with seed shipment. This would include New Zealand, South Africa, Australia, Tasmania, etc. Therefore, we ask that you refrain from bidding and apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

• Our “Silent Auctions” offer several lots with more than one set. The highest bidder will have the first option to purchase on all sets. The second highest bidder will have the option to purchase on all remaining sets and so on.

• We cannot guarantee germination of seeds offered in our auction; however all seeds appear to be sound and we do guarantee the authenticity of the seeds provided in our seed lots. All bids are final.

Payment Information – for Silent Auctions
We will be accepting payments (U.S. dollars only) by personal checks, money orders, and PayPal. Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. All details concerning payment to be provided to the winning bidders at the conclusion of the silent auction.

I'm here, and I will most likely get chastised for my comment but that's never stopped me before.
I have been watching your auction as I do most and I understand the predicaments clubs get put into to raise money, but I do have an issue and here it is.
I do absolutely everything I can for growers and clubs all over the world and I do it for the love of the Sport and nothing else. With the amount of clubs and fund raisers there are, I have to make choices, and here is where I sit.
When it comes to clubs and Auctions I have to put clubs first that cater to all growers and don't put restrictions on out of country growers.
I hope you understand my explanation and my reasoning.

Please understand that our decisions are strictly based on the very limited resources that we have.

We see most of what is posted here on bp.com and your "Giving Spirit" certainly does not go unnoticed.
