As far as I know at the beginning of the season, the two biggest pumpkins grown that did not have the 2009 in their genetics were:

1969 Haist 2014
1921 Weston 2015

I have looked at the weighoff results for this year, and do not see any bigger that do not have the 2009. Did I miss one?

The 1730 Werner grew the 2008 Neptune.

the pollinator of the 2008 was the 2009 though. The 1969 and the 1921 had the 2009 on neither side. I was just looking for the seeds of the biggest pumpkin without the 2009.

Also the 1848 Daletas 2014 has not the 2009 in its genetic (1676.5 Daletas x 1495 Stelts).
I think the biggest is the 1969 Haist 2014.

The 1676.5 is a good one look up its progeny. . .

Wallace 2009 has surprisingly impressive results... Someone did their homework or got lucky... or both
