Ok, what's the deal with the pumpkin estimated at 404 pounds and officially weighed at 1536.5 pounds according to the GPC site? Normally, I'd think it must be a mistake. However, it came from the 1965 Brandt, which went I believe 29% heavy? Does anyone have any insight into this pumpkin grown by David Tessier? It's listed as being 280% heavy. Can't be possible, can it? Now, if it was at 28% heavy I'd find it highly impressive. So what's the deal with this one?

Maybe it's a typo in relation to the OTT? Maybe it's off by 100 inches?

If I were to venture a guess, I would think that instead of an estimate of 404 lbs, the "1" was accidentally left out and it should be 1,404 lbs, so 9%.

If its not a typo I want a seed from her! Our 1965 was 388 ott which estimated at 1245# and weighed 1405 or 12% heavy.
