Congratulations to Steve Connelly, winner of the NEGPGA giant pumpkin contest at Topsfield Fair. Steve's 2075.5 lb. pumpkin not only won Topsfield, but he set a new record for heaviest pumpkin ever weighed at Topsfield Fair and the heaviest pumpkin grown in the great state of Massachusetts.

We would also like to thank all the volunteers who help make this great event happen. Lots of work goes in to pulling off a successful weigh off long before the event day arrives. We could not do it without you. Also we would like to thank all contestants who entered their pumpkins, squash, watermelons, tomatoes at Topsfield, of course with out you there would be no weigh off.
