My trucks stated capacity it a tad over 1600. Using a trailer for mine. Plenty of room on the trailer if you need help.

I put my 1640dmg in the Tundra - your Ford should be fine if you can fit it in, lol

Funny, I wasn't really worried about the weight but just measured and my fruit is over 6 feet wide and 5 feet long so my full size Tundra will not work this year.

On the search for a transportation vehicle now.:)

Like stated above, if it fits,,,, go for it.

Lol Joe! We were thinking that and it may still happen! Things will be much easier with a bigger truck so if I can locate one this is what we'll do.

I've always used stacked pallets to get over te wheelwells,,, plus it makes my fruit look bigger.;)

Yes, I have a Dodge 1500 and struggled with the same thing. Decided to use a trailer. Brett, your 1500 with what I think you have going won't be able to handle the weight, so I fully expect you to show up pulling a trailer!

I wouldn't go more than 20% over stated payload. But that would depend on the condition of your vehicle.

lol... I have nothing going in the pumpkin patch, still one year too soon. Next year will take soil samples, plant some seeds that might actually hold together, will learn how to pollinate again, and have unlimited water for more than half the season. Can't wait. I have a little one left on the 2009, but I think she's about done growing now.

Yes, I saw your little one on the 2009 back in early August.

Brett, you might as well bring to a weighoff to get an official weight, no matter how small. lol

True, its a good cross, some noobie might want to give the seed a shot. I just hope it makes it to the scale and goes a little over 500 inch..,er, a pounds.
