It's getting close to our 1st annual weigh off in upstate Ny!(sept.24th) I'm excited to be a part in a weigh off that is looking to replace our "missed" Cooperstown event. Come and help us make it a success!The prize structure is great, check it out-www.saratogagiantpumpkinfest.com
Also on that site- register for the growers picnic. A complementary BBQ,salads, & beverage dinner held the night before the weigh off at Sunnysides. Designed to get the growers together to chat about, what else, pumpkins! And their growing season! Another favorite part missed from our old weigh off place. The bottom of New Jersey

I'm sure a lot of PA growers like myself would love to attend, unfortunately it's on the same exact day as our weigh-off in Doylestown. Hopefully this schedule conflict can be avoided in the future so both weigh offs can get the best possible attendance. Good luck to all my NY grower friends, hopefully I'll get to go to this next year!

Big ones? Who knows!! More than likely! Yah Doylestowns weigh off and ours being the same day was an unfortunate mistake. Sorry.After we get through this 1st year, better planning will help with its success for sure. Plus, if it's on the same day, how can we hang out w/ Jim till 4am! Hopefully next year 👍
