Our growth curve is pretty predictable in our growing zone, certainly not the same as other growers in other parts of the country and world.

I always seem to have my biggest gains from about day 30 to day 45. This seems to be peak growth for weight gains for most growers.

I think the question was: When did your pumpkin reach half of its final weight (if this day is before the middle of the growing season, then the major weight gains came in the first half). That said, I noticed that my pumpkins´ OTT-predicted weights around day 43-45 were about half the OTT-weights around day 85-90. Hence, in my case the first half of my growing season produces about half the weight of the pumpkin.

Day 45 for me has given me 52% and 53% of my final weight on my largest fruit of the last two years. So for me, day 44 is about my midpoint.
