I see in the GPC news message board that the GPC website suffered a malware back in July. During the last one week I've been unable to access the website resources. No matter what browser are use it as if the site's security certificate has expired.

Is there another website where the combined estimation chart is posted?

Yes, the malware problem has been fixed, but the main "guts" of the site are in the process of being repaired. In the meantime, the charts and other downloads still work.
