I found my measuring tape at Walmart. They have blue, flexible, laminated measuring tapes. When finished using, I just wipe off with a damp cloth and roll up.

I got a 144" tape at Walmart. When the circumference gets bigger, I tape on a piece of cord. Works good and cheap.
