I'm a new grower and I couldn't find anything that shows what the leaves on my plant look like. There are 5 pictures of my plant here:

3 are duplicates, sorry. All the yellow leaves are close to the stump, but seems to be slowly moving to the rest of the plant.
Is it too much water? Not enough Ca or Mg? Or something else?

It has not been wet, but I changed the way I was watering and the plants got more water. I'm guessing too much. I haven't used any compost tea.
Is there anything I can do other than cut back on the water for now. Also only 1 of 2 plants is like this.

I have looked at that several times and couldn't find a definitive answer. Lol. I think it may be yellow vine disease, but I'm not sure.

I thought everything was yellow vine disease my first year...lol.. If you think it's too wet, let it grow out..you'll get some more intelligent guesses here..I hope... Did you get a soil test before u started?

I didn't do what I really should have. I bought a kit at Lowe's to test N-P-K, so I have no idea what my micronutrients are. I did spray with Epsom salt tonight. It rained a decent amount yesterday and today, so I didn't water, and probably won't until at least Friday as we are supposed to get rain again Thursday

That is not the right color for yvd. It would look more like a dull, mustard color. Vine tips almost stop growing.

It could be downey mildew. Downey spreads pretty fast.I would try daconil if you are not using it in your rotation. If it is spreading down the vine from the center of the plant, my guess is downey. If no more leaves are yellowing in the past few days, then possibly too much water.

I agree with the too much water theory, because it´s the central part around the stump whith the oldest leaves which show the signs of stress, they are already old and exhausted and susceptible to stress. Have an eye on the new growth, pay attention that the vine tips and the new leaves are looking fine.

Does not look good. I would remove any of these leaves just in case. 20 leaves now is not many when you have 500 at the end. I also would not water near the stump. Have you tried gently digging down around the stump and check for any rot. If anything going on down there you can still save plant with some TLC.

It seems to be going down 1 vine, unfortunately, the one I have a pumpkin set on. I checked tonight, the pumpkin is getting soft. I thought about cutting the whole vine off, along with any bad leaves and cover all cuts with top soil. My other plant looks fine

I get a similar problem if my soil stays too wet. It affects a whole vine at once, but new leaves usually go first. Regular Agri Fos applications and better drainage help. I lost one plant this year where the soil didn't drain due to compaction. I had put lots of extra soil on last fall and skid loader packed it too much. Poor rooting, it pulled up real easy.

I got scared and wanted to eliminate any possible disease, so I cut that vine off. I still have some leaves that look bad. I took a couple leaves to an OSU extension office, they think it is a nitrogen deficiency, we will know in a few days.
