I'd like to use a little in a drench but I can't find a liquid form. Can I just dissolve some of the granular fert in water and use it. If so how much for a plant with a 5' main. Don't want to over do it just want a little boost.

two types of dry calcium nitrate out there, if yours is greenhouse grade (not coated) in will dissolve better in water, if not would be problematic to foliar. Add to soil and let the plant do what is natural.

Give it some of Ron's WOW fertilizer.

What's the ratio for liquid calcium nitrate?

I need to raise it about 2000 ppm

OMG, don´t try to raise calcium by using calcium nitrate (assuming that you don´t want to raise nitrate by 2000 ppm), the excess nitrogen will make your plants kill themselves. Use small amounts of calcium nitrate for adding readily available nitrogen, but use gypsum (for soil pH greater than 6.8) or combinations of gypsum and lime (for soil pH below 6.8) to raise the Ca level.

What pumpking said- you want granular gypsum- assuming you don't have low pH.

My calcium per soil test is 1808 ppm I'd like to raise that to optimum levels so what is recommended ppm verses 2500-4500 lbs per acre?

My PH is currently sitting right at 7.0 I'd like to keep it right there. If I can't use a straight calcium to increase my calcium and leave my ph alone what's another alternative?

What I have is a diluted calcium, on the 5 gal can it states 12.5% calcium. Is this ok to add and if so how much to increase my calcium level up from current level of 1808 ppm?

Never mind, thanks guys, my calcium level is currently within the guidelines, I just needed to find out the convertion from ppm to lbs per acre.
