Not sure what I have going on here, or what is the best thing to do. I know the picture isn't the best, but what I've got is a very prominent vine almost as big as the main growing parallel to the main. Not sure what to do with it. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If I'm seeing the layout correctly the main is running off the photo under a leaf lower left corner.Thats a secondary that's started strait up and is close to laying down. You can prune it off or let it develop. If you keep it ,prune off any early leaves that come off the vine where its not on the ground ,so they cant twist the vine when windy.

not a double main, double mains are fused together just a secondary main, as already stated prune it or let it run as a secondary main

Thanks guys. Yes, cojoe you are seeing the layout correctly. I think I'll keep training it to lay down and run off to the side, perpendicular to the main.

Thanks again.
