Pictures are posted on my journal at http://www.bigpumpkins.com/Diary/DiaryView.asp?season=2016&grower=74893&action=L
I have a sudden problem that started in the third leaves (and now all leaves) of 2 plants so far. Not quite sure what it is caused by. Any help/advice would be extremely appreciated! Thanks :)

Figuring out the difference between maximum and optimum is a challenge. Looks like you are trying too hard. Give the little guys a chance to get going before feeding them so much crack.

Yep tough love is in order. Keep em minimally watered and give them a week or 10 days to get established

Thanks! Should I consider it over for these two then? I've had them covered at night and when it rains but I haven't bothered to water them due to the unexpected rain we've had the past few days. The entire area isn't covered, so the surrounding soil has been pretty wet.

It shouldn't be over unless they got frozen or cooked/overheated under a covering. Cant tell from photos how bad they are. If there goners they'll go limp and wont regain turgor pressure.
