Does anyone know what the record or biggest squash is for Illinois?

There is no record of biggest squash grown in Illinois.

There is only one weigh-off and that is at Bengtson's pumpkin farm in Homer Glen. The weigh-off is only geared towards giant pumpkins.

You can change that however by contacting the site and requesting they also particapate in the green squash plaque and that you are interesting in setting a state record. Could bring more fruit to their contests...Always a good thing.

The Illinois State Record squash as far as I know is the 823.8 Hiedi Edwards greenie from 2000 grown from the 565Andrews99*.
