What is the difference between a multi site fungicide and a dual MOA I know the dual is two active ingrediants in one product,I just can't get my head around multi site

It states that multi site contact fungicides kill the fungus by overwelming it with poison

MOA never states poison as far as I know This still has me confused ,are they saying the poison kills in multiple ways,
