I'm getting a bunch of emails that are missing important information. Please remember that we will not make any assumptions and we will not go digging for that information. This is to maintain accuracy on you, the grower's, behalf.

If I get a submission with no cross listed, I will post it with no information about the cross. If I get a submission without the exact name of the grower and of course the weight of the pumpkin, I will not post it.

Thanks again for participating, I know from all of the emails that we get how much the growers enjoy it. The hope is that these pictures and information will get some seeds in the ground next year that may have otherwise been overlooked. MidAtlanticGPG @ gmail.com

As I had to submit my own, I would encourage the club or personnel in charge of the weight off records to forward this info on behalf of the award winner. It would be a bit more rewarding.

Most clubs and people in charge of the weighoffs are to busy running the weighoff to get pictures of the Howard Dill Winner. Usually the grower of the pumpkin has plenty of pictures. Since these submissions require a picture I would suggest the growers submit their info not the club/person in charge of the weighoff.
