I've got nothin this year, other than a few empty bottles of KDL. Sawtelle, on the other hand, sounds like he's got a monster down south in Colorado...

Russ Pingrey is telling everyone he has one plant and enjoying the year off. When I was over there the other day taking a look at all his fancy construction he's been doing this year,, I looked over the fence and saw 5 giants. I've never seen a 6 foot tall kin before!! He said they all ranged from 455 and 470 OTT!!!

Going to be a great year from him this year!

Cats out of the bag Russ, sorry and you should be proud!!!!

No sandbagging from me. I've had my best year ever, but nothing spectacular. I haven't heard much from Des Moines, but they had a lot of rain this year. I know the guys from Clinton lost their state fair pumpkins, but I'm betting they will have something decent for October. We had decent weather in the eastern part of the state so I'm expecting to see some big ones.

I can confirm what So.Cal. saw at Pingrey's. The building inspector would not sign off on his remodel because one of the pumpkins was so big, it was concidered to be another dwelling, and would require its own permit. His yard and the pumpkin will have to be re zoned by the county, and he will have to pay additional property tax

Hey Sparky,,,, yes,,,,,, he just texted me about that today. Crazy and I'm not even sure if a tax like that is legal? Its something I'm sure he's looking into.

He was pretty upset I let the cat out of the bag.

Well, it is interesting, and you notice we haven't heard a peep out of the Van Sand Bagger! These boys in Kentucky are tight lipped with one new state record already. Haven't done any spying over in Logan County, KY. but Bill Brinkley may just have another whooper, we'll know tomorrow! Dwight, Frank, the boys from Alabama and Tenn. you never know at Bear Wallow! I just hope someone brings one smaller than me!

It was on CNN all week that the United States Airforce has been sending drones to the Cedar Swamp area of Western New York. Reports from neighbors of some huge objects growing in the area. United States Airforce said there going to start round the clock surveillance because all there seeing is white sheets and need to find out what's under them. Drone pilot's said, they just keep getting bigger and bigger.

From the few who have disclosed what is really going on up there, I think the upper Midwest is going to yield some huge results, maybe never seen results.

I was wondering - what exactly constitutes sandbagging?
