I think I can make it 25 days with the plants we have.. This is about the time we have let the plant just go.. I was thinking about keeping up on pruning the terts..any reason this could be a mistake?.. Thanks

Just the ones that are hard to get to! Better to let them go than to damage weight producing vines and leaves!

If your plant is healthy then you might as well cut new growth. It can save energy but more importantly for me, keep air flow running through the plant.

If you're plant can make it as is, I'd not waste anything on new growth. Get the long pruners out or make one.
