Definitely yes, as soon as you find someone with a large enough scales. Perhaps another grower is living next to you (a grower who perhaps owns a strap lifter and an inline crane scales) and could help you get the pumpkin out the patch.

Did I misunderstand your question? Are you asking whether it might be possible to get the pumpkin OFFICIALLY weighed in order to get it into the GPC list for 2015 but without taking it to a GPC weigh-off? ...don´t think that this would work.
