i just discovered a 4 inch by 5 inch area where a deer has chewed into the pumpkin about 1/4. Will this scare over or am i in trouble with this pumpkin?

Either sulfur or straight Daconil. I healed over a bad groundhog bite with Daconil.

I had a deer take a good bite out of one a while back. Couldn't belief it at first! Sulfured and fungicide and kept watch on it. Sure was ugly but it survived.
PS later that fall I took a few good bites out of the deer. Figured it made us even.
