Is it too late to start a crop of mustard in Western PA ? My ground has been too wet to till since early June.

For anyone that may be wondering, the mustard germinated very fast, like 2-3 days !
I should have plenty of time to grow it to a good height before fall.

After you till that mustard deep and water it hard,,,, get ready to have one of your best years ever!!! My patch is riddled with disease and planted 3 crops of mustard last year and am having the best year ever!! Didn't even know gains like this were possible in my area Zappa.
