There could be a few things that are happening in my opinion. Sometimes the green growth out grows the root area and on hot sunny days the leaves will flag. This can be alleviated with opportune watering times to help the plant with the heat stress. I have also seen some genetics that do not do as well in the heat as others and will naturally wilt more than others. Unfortunately though on a more mature plant the wilting can be caused from disease and or insect problems. I would suggest thoroughly inspecting the vines and the leaves to see if you can find any signs such as curling or spots or discoloring. I had a plant flag all of a sudden in one area at a time and found I had a spider mite infestation. The warm weather wilting was the first sign that the plant wasn't healthy. Best of luck.

I just put up shade cloth today because of wilt due to the sun and it helps a lot but I am mostly doing it so the new growth doesn't get toasted. I do get wilt if the leaf nodes aren't buried . Shade cloth helps with wilt also if that is the problem.

A misting system would be cheaper, but may not be quite as effctive
