do I send for tissue test the stem or leaf of both? and how many do i send?

They had me send in the whole leaf and stem...6 mature leaves...it hurt at the time...lol...good luck Darren.

send the 5th leaf back from a growing tip with the about an inch of the stalk. wash the dirt off of them. I usually send 2 leaves.

I have had them tell me they didnt have enough material to run a tissue test before... so unless they are BIG leafs I would send more... No use parting with thoZe dear leaves and the overnight fee to result in NO RESULTz... Also I would wash them off in RO water if available... so not to taint the results...IMHWO

When I sent to lab they asked for stalks...must be there are different tests...

I just send in leaves from weeds in the patch,,,,,, seems to work fine.

last year I sent just the leaf. this year just the stocks(3). So I was just seeing if there was a difference. I think I'll start sending the weeds. ;) there doing well
