It appears these seeds were heavily planted this year and I'm curious to know which one(s) people are liking the best? Did you plant one of these seeds? How is it doing so far?

The 2102 for me is an aggressive plant. I'm a bit behind this year but right now I have three pollenated on side vines and two on the main 12' and 14'.Time to start culling some but all females are nice five lobers with long oval shape fruit. So far I'm really liking this plant

I have the 2323 and 2096, 2323 has the bigger fruit, 2096 is more agressive.

My 2323 is my worst plant and fruit on the patch and culled a ribbon vine plant before this one

My 2323 is a good plant. Normal in appearance. But the fruit are all misshapen and on the small side.

My 2323 was a double that I could not beat so I yanked it after way too long. The 1744 that replaced it is a beast. I Wish I pulled the 2323 earlier.

2323, huge plant with no problems, epic root system, long perfectly shaped pumpkin, long stem, good numbers at day 10

My 2096 same as cojoe's, slow early but grew steady. Its a beautiful plant with leaves low to the ground and almost has its space filled. really nice shaped fruit with good numbers at 20 DAP.

It'll be interesting to see which one pulls through in the end. Obviously going to be some big ones with so many planted.

My 2323 started off great then went in to a double vine that I can not repair, pollinated a pumpkin on it just to see and it is growing a really weird shape, bummed out I really was excited to grow this seed but now I don't even want to use it for genetics

Not saying this happened but if growth hormones were used on the parent plants could the offspring be effected with genetic defects

My 2323.7 started to ribbon early, then straightened out... was a slower grower, but with longer pumpkins...

My 2323 has no ribbon issues,it did throw some ugly shaped females, I kept the second one and it has straightened out quite a bit, Dap 20 looks good for me 175 ott, the vines are looking like roller coasters, this sucker won't lay down, 4 ft tall leaves and growing good! Maybe a new Alberta record!

Lol I don't think Ray has anything to worry about from me. I'm way off of my numbers. My 2323 is a good plant but I burned off my MV on one of those hot days. Running on just a few long secondaries. Its a long pear shaped fruit. If I break a thousand I'll jump for joy. I'm set up for cooler temps. Go get'em Windy City!

Oh wow! I just checked the Windy City diary. Ray's 2323 and mine are as close to identical as you would ever see. Even the young fruit have the same offset stem. Is this the norm for the 2323?
Oh and Btw Ray owns the Alberta record already. Sure wish you would have cut that fruit off a week early Ray. Lol.

I set 3 pkns on the 2323 Don..All the same! Hoping its long enough that I don't have to start propping the stem end up! The plant just wants to grow straight up, you have to spend a lil more time with it but she grows good.lol Crossed beauty and the beast this time.lol
