I have a fruit set at 11ft and measuring 34 inches around that i would like to keep it has good position on vine, i buryed all secondaries and main rite up to fruit but nothing after,it is starting to pull main out or ground should i uncover main for a couple feet or will that be wrong

Uncover it a couple feet and cut the roots for at least 2 nodes on each side of the pumpkin. Try to get some slack in the vine or the pumpkin will tear itself off as it grows.

Do it quick befor it gets heavy. 5 gallon pail on its side works great to rest the slack on.

What about the secondaries should i uncover the close ones will they not restrict it also

I just went out and cut the roots 2 nodes back on main and both closest secondaries there is some slack now, this is my first year trying to grow one boy do these things grow roots fast they where about 6 inches deep and the last ones i buried.thanks guys u just saved me

Yes the secondaries will restrict also. Keep checking for slack as she grows.

Make sure the pumpkin doesn't grow over a secondary or that could make it tear off too.
