I noticed that on one of my AG plants, the main stem is split. It has healed but the stem in wide open roughly 4-5 inches. The plant itself continues to grow very well and is producing male flowers and getting ready to produce a female. Question is, will this plant be ok with producing a pumpkin? Or am I going to have problems down the road??

It should be fine, just keep the split dry

no worries, put a board or something over it to keep it dry and check it often for any signs of soft tissue.
Good luck
