My sympathies to all who have been hammered by the weather this year. I had 44 mph winds this morning and about 2 inches of rain. My plants survived only because I had multiple wind breaks erected. I'm working on plans for a better set up next year.

Its not nice here either. 5" of rain 2 hail storms and wind in the past 5 days. And we are under flash flood watch tomorrow due to heavy rains coming in.

It seems like we get 1-2" of rain every 2-3 days. The small revines are at flood stage at every rain ! 2 to 3 times above average rain fall the last 2 months. That said, for those hoo have good drainage this could turn out to be great year for some !!!

If you still have a plant, dont complain. My season has ended. I completely lost my last plant due to heavy rain/flooding in the back. We have a wet weather "creek" that runs through the far back, and it's been backed up for a month. Our back shed flooded too which has never happened. If I had to write 10 reasons down in January on why the season would be over in June, I never would have picked 2 months of straight rain. My bitching has officially been put to rest, maybe ill see ya in 2016...

Crazy hot and dry here, hotter than we ever get this time of year....usually we get this crap for about a 2 week run in August. I live in area where it rains constantly. Was all happy because my amending got my soil and patch draining beautifully for our wet climate....so now Im watering 2x a day and misting at lunch time to keep them happy. Mother nature...
